Sustained a minor injury -

Well, I don't know, is a broken bone in your foot minor? It didn't require surgery - so I am sticking with minor.

I thought you might like to see a picture - Yes, that is a hot pink cast with purple polka-dots and a big purple bow! If you haven't guessed already - I let Olivia pick the colour! Luckily, I have discovered that the polka dots will peel off, and the bow will have to be cut off I am sure, as it is just too big and difficult to manage! It's cute though, heh?

I can still hardly believe this happened. I fell at the gas station, and I am not entirely sure how it happened, but here it is nonetheless.

Good thing I was basically done my Christmas shopping. I only needed 2 more things really - one Greg can get and the other he won't get until after Christmas - or maybe I will just tell him to buy it - it wasn't the exciting gift anyway!

Other than that we have been busy, not getting too much of our Learning Adventure book done, but the girls have worked on Math, and Language Arts, and we have been studying the human body to go along with our Ancient Greece unit. I think Olivia learned as much today if not more than she would have if we had stayed home reading!

I think tomorrow we are going to decorate the gingerbread house, and Daddy will be home - and he doesn't have to go back to Moose Jaw for school anymore (insert loud applause here).

Anyway - I slid down the stairs to post this picture, and plan on crawling back up - so just in case I don't make it here again before Christmas - We hope you have a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!
